2. When it happened — date and approximate time.
3. Where — city, building, or screen (battle, world map, location, Workshop window…).
4. What you did — step by step, what you clicked.
5. What you expected and what actually happened.
6. Device and browser — for example, "Windows, Chrome" or "Android, phone".
7. Screenshot, if you have one: upload it to the forum gallery and give the link.
What not to write
• Passwords, codes, bank card details — never, to anyone. The Administration never asks for them.
• Do not describe bugs that give an advantage (item duplication and the like) publicly — send the Administration a private message instead. Exploiting game bugs is punishable (clause 5.2.1), but reporting them is not.
Before you post
• Refresh the page (F5). If you were in battle, refreshing will return you to the same battle.
• If the game noticeably lags on a weak device, turn on fast battle and turn off animation in your profile settings.
• Make sure the problem is reproducible.
