Why isn't my level going up?
Your level goes up manually — in the Mage Tower, once you've earned enough experience.
Where did my artifact or scroll go?
It most likely crumbled: items have durability, and at zero charges they disappear. At 20 charges left, the game warns you in chat. An artifact can be repaired by the Blacksmith, as long as it hasn't crumbled yet.
Why did charges get spent on a scroll I didn't play?
The copy checked off in the deck spends a charge if the scroll entered battle — even if you never played it. Copies without a checkmark aren't spent.
Why didn't the tournament happen?
Fewer than four participants signed up. The entry fee is refunded.
Can I change my school?
Only through reincarnation at the Inn "Seven Roads".
Can I exchange crowns for gold?
No. The exchange only goes one way: gold → crowns.
Why did I lose the loot from my expedition?
You died in the Wastelands. Loot can only be carried out alive.
Where do I get cards if I have no crowns?
The Training Center — the mentor hands out scrolls for quests. Plus card sets in the weekly login rewards.
