Arena
Where live players meet. You post a challenge with a stake, someone accepts it — the duel begins, and the stake goes to the winner. A challenge can be cancelled as long as no one has accepted it.
No opponent around? The Arena has three mentor bots of different strength: sparring is free, but each has its own cooldown.
Tournaments
Held at the Coliseum on a schedule. You can sign up in advance; an announcement goes out in general chat a few minutes before the start.
• Unrated — no effect on rating, cheap entry.
• Restricted — with deck conditions: starter cards, rarity, belt, draft.
• Gold — entry fee and prizes in gold.
• Grand tournaments — the main events of the Great Coliseum.
Conditions
• Minimum participants — 4. If not enough sign up, the tournament won't happen and the entry fee is refunded.
• The entry fee, level threshold, and deck rules are set by the Tournament Steward.
• Results count toward the clan rating; personal and clan ratings are tracked separately.

Sparring is training, not a way to earn. Experience, crowns, and rating only come from battles against people.
